Player Registration

Fall soccer will begin on Sunday, September 11, 2016 at Congress Springs Park from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. for younger players). To register your child, you will need to go to www.eayso.org, log in using your email address and password, fill out the application for your player, print the form, sign on page one and initial on page two, and mail the registration form, along with the registration fee ($50  payable to AYSO) to AYSO VIP Soccer, P.O. Box 1241, Cupertino, CA 95015

Please note: If your child is over 18 or you are having trouble using the eayso website, please use the paper registration form that is attached to this email. Please print the form, fill in the information, and mail the registration form, along with the registration fee to AYSO VIP Soccer, P.O. Box 1241, Cupertino, CA 95015.

After you have registered, you will receive an email confirmation with more information about what to do in preparation for the season. The soccer season runs from September 11 to November 13, once a week for 10 sessions on Sundays from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm. (1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. for younger players). The soccer sessions will be held at Congress Springs Park in Saratoga on Glen Brae Drive.

For Fall soccer, the registration fee is $50. If you find that the registration fee will cause a financial hardship, we offer scholarships which will pay for the registration. If you need a scholarship, simply mail the completed registration form without payment. We will then assume that you are on scholarship. All scholarships are confidential.
